How are 360° Surf providers selected?

After hearing about a destination or a surf camp, we send our ambassadors to test and evaluate them throughout the year.

Is it possible to create a customised stay?

Yes, including a la carte: airfare, car rental, administrative formalities and even rickshaw reservation! We also guarantee a specialised sports travel insurance service... it's always nice to know you're being looked after by the right people.

What are the terms and means of payment?

It is possible to pay by credit card, bank transfer, cash, cheque or ANCV holiday cheque.

If I have already paid for my trip, can I change it before departure?

Any modification of the file before departure will result in the following fees:

30 € per person more than one month before departure

50 € per person less than one month before departure

on the express condition that such changes are authorized.
If the requested changes are not permitted by the service providers (airlines, hoteliers, etc.), they may result in the application of cancellation fees.
Modification fees are never refundable by 360° Surf Travel or by the insurance.

Express delivery costs related to a change in the file due to the client are always billed in addition (Chronopost, special carrier, etc.).

If I have already paid for my trip, what are the cancellation conditions before my departure?

You must inform us of your decision to cancel by R.A.R. mail and it is the date of receipt of this letter that will determine the date of your cancellation. The cancellation, whatever its date, does not exempt you from paying the full amount due. The reimbursement procedure can only take place under this condition.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the reimbursement of the sums will be made after deduction of the following cancellation fees, depending on the date of departure (unless otherwise stated on the sales contract):

  • More than 60 days: application fee
  • Less than 60 days: 50 % of the stay
  • Less than 30 days: 100 % of stay

Following a cancellation, the application fee as well as the insurance subscription fee are not refundable.

Are the stays adapted to people with reduced mobility?

In general, most of our holidays are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. If you have any questions on this subject and would like to find a suitable holiday, please contact contact us.

What documents are required to make a reservation?

To confirm your reservation, you must :

  • Have read and accepted our terms of sale.
  • Fill in and sign the quotation and send it back to us with a deposit of at least 20 % of the total amount of the trip (or the total amount for a departure within 30 days).

Depending on the destination, you will also need to check that :

  • Your identity documents (passport) are valid. Be careful, for some countries, they must be valid until 6 months after your return date!
  • The names on the quote correspond to those on your identity documents (married women: check if you have given us your maiden or married name).

A mistake could prevent you from taking off on the day of departure!

Do I need travel insurance?

We have selected for you the insurance proposals from the company Allianz - Mondial Assistance. Although optional, we strongly advise you to take out this insurance for your safety. The details of the guarantees are available on our page travel insurance.

Can I add insurance after booking my stay?

We invite you to visit the page for the country of your choice on our website. We post information on whether or not you need to be vaccinated. However, this information is given as an indication and does not engage our responsibility. It concerns only French citizens. For non-French citizens, please consult the competent authorities (consulate, embassy). It is the client's responsibility to check the validity of their documents and vaccinations.

Regarding the health risks of the country/countries where you are travelling, we invite you to regularly consult the information published by the competent authorities and to follow the health recommendations and measures to combat these risks, which can be accessed on the following websites solidarites-sante.gouv.fr (French Ministry), www.who.int/fr (World Health Organization).

What are the procedures for travelling (papers)?

In order to fly, you will need: your passport, identity card, visa (if required), flight tickets, international driving licence (if you intend to drive in the foreign country). It is essential to check the validity dates of your documents and renew them if necessary.

If I need a visa, can you arrange it for me?

For some destinations, we can arrange for visas, but we are not responsible for any refusal to do so.

When will I know the flight schedule?

In the quotation we provide you with, you will find (if requested) the flight schedules for the outward and return journeys. However, these may be subject to change. We will let you know if this is the case.

I want to travel and surf but I don't know where or when. Can you help me?

Absolutely! 360° Surf is also a team of passionate surfers who listen to your desires. Before, during and after, you will benefit from the advice, experience and quality of a serious and recognized agency. We will advise you according to the wave conditions and the weather conditions of the destinations, according to the periods of the year. You can already go to our destination map to get an idea.

How do I post a review after my trip?

After each trip we send you a form to fill in where you tell us what you think of the trip. This allows us to understand the points to improve and those you like. Alternatively, you can leave a review on our Facebook page: make a recommendationor on the Google search engine.

I am an experienced/beginner surfer and would like to improve/discover. What do you suggest?

At the various surf camps, you have the possibility to take surf lessons for beginners or intermediate level. For advanced surfers, we offer the option of surf guiding at several destinations, which consists of driving you to discover the surrounding surf spots.

Are the courses supervised by certified teachers?

Each surf lesson is taught by an instructor with a surf instructor diploma as well as a first aid diploma.

Is the equipment lent during the surfing lessons?

In the majority of our surf camps the equipment is available for surf lessons.
In the case of equipment rental without pre-booking a course or lesson, the client implicitly acknowledges that he/she has sufficient technical competence to use the equipment rented on his/her own. As soon as the equipment is taken into account, the client surfs under his sole responsibility, with regard to third parties and the equipment entrusted to him.
360° Surf Travel will not be held liable for any reason whatsoever in the event of a dispute arising between the customer and the surf center about breakage, loss or theft of equipment.

What is the responsibility of 360° Surf regarding surfing?

360° Surf Travel does not have the material means to verify the level of surfing experience of its clients.
In the case of default or failure of the "surf center" only the professional liability of the latter may be incurred, in no case that of 360° Surf Travel.
360° Surf Travel draws the attention of its customers to the need to be properly insured in civil liability abroad, for the practice of surfing.

I have food allergies / I have a special diet

You should tell us when you draw up your quote, as most of our surf camps are able to offer you a suitable diet.
