The joy of having a real quality quiver: longboards, shortboards and everything constantly updated to always have the perfect board for all conditions and all skill levels.
Located with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean and some of the best sunsets in the world, the surflodge offers absolute relaxation and comfort. For several years now, every effort has been made to protect the environment in order to manage the lodge in an environmentally friendly manner.
All our stays include:
- Arrival and departure transfers from Managua airport or the Costa Rican border (Penas Blancas)
- Full board (3 meals per day), non-alcoholic beverages and accommodation in traditional bungalows.
- 2 surf sessions per day minimum, with qualified instructors
- Self-service foam boards.
Attention:
- For children up to 6 years old, the stay is free
- We never make people who don't know each other sleep in a shared room
- We do not offer a stand-alone package, with only accommodation and food.

Where do we sleep? Accommodation
We offer bungalows: 1 bungalow with 1 double bed, 3 bungalows with 2 double beds, and 2 bungalows with 3 double beds.
Bungalow / Cabin for two persons
It is about large and comfortable traditional bungalows (40 m2) that can accommodate two people (2 double beds with mosquito nets and fans). They have a beautiful private bathroom with compost toilet, a living area and a large private terrace with hammock, from which you can enjoy the view of the ocean.
Bungalow / Cabanas for three persons
Large bungalow with a capacity of 3 three persons
(1 queen size bed & 2 double beds with mosquito nets & fans). They have a beautiful private bathroom with compost toilet, a living area and a large private terrace with hammock, from which you can enjoy the ocean view.
The Luxury Bungalow
We also offer a family bungalow that sleeps four (1 king size bed and 2 double beds). It has a beautiful private bathroom with compost toilet, a living area and a large private terrace with hammock, from which you can enjoy the ocean view. You will also have your own wifi connection.
The common areas of the surflodge include a nice bar but also a great infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean, perfect for relaxing after your surf sessions!
WiFi is available throughout the lodge and the lodge is equipped with a large screen to review your surfing sessions of the day for example...)

We are really lucky as the popyo area has swell all year round, with several types of spots available: beach breaks, reef breaks, point breaks and offshore reefs only minutes away.
We have offshore winds and waves with few visitors throughout the yearwhich allows us to surf every day from morning to night
