With 10 years of experience in the sale of surfing holidays, we are looking for 1 travel planer / junior travel agent to strengthen our team in our new office in Les Abymes, Guadeloupe. We are a team that cares about our environment, active and curious about all the latest developments in our sector.
The head office is in Toulon, the travel agency is in Guadeloupe. We offer surfing holidays from 360-surf, we have also added Kitesurfing, Windsurfing and Foil on our website 360-kwf.com and we offer diving holidays from 360-dive.com.
- Job description for a travel agent specialising in diving:
After training in our tools, your mission will consist of answering client requests by email and/or telephone, interacting with our various service providers (French and English). No customer reception at the agency, everything is done by email or phone. The position is available in Guadeloupe
You will create tailor-made holidays and put together trips for clients. You will be in charge of all the sales stages: creation of quotes, customer follow-up, editing of contracts, supplier invoicing controls, follow-up of customers on trips, accompaniment before, during and after the trips.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, curious to learn and orderly, with a real interest in the world of tourism.
You are passionate about the world of water, and particularly about diving. You are familiar with the lexicon and specificities of diving trips.
A first experience of working in an agency is indispensable.
