Our surf camp is part of a larger campsite that also hosts other surf camps and holidaymakers. The campsite facilities include a restaurant and café with Wi-Fi, a kiosk, a swimming pool, a basketball/multisport pitch and several toilet blocks. Our surf camp includes a restaurant and entertainment area / a raised, covered cooling area with cushions that transforms into an open-air cinema / hammocks / storage space for surfboards and wetsuits / a large yoga platform overlooking the mountains. For an immersion at 100% in thesurf spiritYou'll sleep in converted tepee tents. You'll spend your nights where simplicity and comfort meet.
The local surf spotis just a 10-minute walk from our surf camp: La "Playa de Oyambre". During the summer months, Spain offers superb wave conditions for beginners and intermediate surfers. The beach at Oyambre becomes an Eldorado for beginners and those who want to improve their surfing. In addition tolearn to surfYou can practise yoga on the yoga platform at our surf camp, take part in a stand-up paddle tour, explore the nearby towns of San Vicente, La Barquera and Comillas or take part in a host of other outdoor activities.

Where do we sleep? Accommodation
Our bells tents
All our packages include accommodation in one of our large bell tents. Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, you will share a bell tent with a maximum of 2 other camp guests. They are equipped with :
- Central mast
- Mesh curtain with zip fastener
- Mesh windows at the base for better ventilation
Our bell tents are high enough to accommodate a surfboard and wide enough for yoga stretches in the morning.

Tipi tents
Bohemian teepees are a new feature of our surf camp at Oyambre. Each tipi and its terrace are equipped with an overlap that wraps around the wooden floor for a perfect fit, so the rain stays out and you stay dry inside. This accommodation includes:
- Raised wooden beds (twin or double mattresses)
- An electrical socket and light
- A private terrace
- Protection against insects
Each of our tents is also available for solo travellers. In Northern SpainThe nights are getting colder. You can take the bedding option and buy a pillow, duvet, sheets and blankets. So you can travel light!
Surf The waves
Our surf lessons at Playa de Oyambre
The Oyambre region is an ideal place to learn to surf. During the summer months, the northern coast of Spain, around SantanderThe island of Oyambre is hit by a constant swell that brings waves to our local beach, Playa de Oyambre.
Our packages include 6 sessions of surfing lessons. This includes:
- 5x 90 minutes of surfing the waves
- 90 minutes of surfing theory at the surf camp (learning about the marine plan, safety, local spot behaviour, etc.)
All our surf instructors are qualified and have a very good knowledge of the local surf spotsAll you need to surf safely. The maximum group size for our surf lessons is eight surfers per instructor, plus a surf assistant if required. Our courses include the loan of all necessary equipment. For intermediate levels, more time will be spent in the water with an instructor, working on specific areas.
We also offer equipment hire so you can enjoy surfing whenever you want.
Yoga in the Surf Camp
Take advantage of our yoga course to improve the body's flexibility, nourish its core strength, and ultimately perform better on the water. After or before a long surf dayYoga also helps to relax the body and mind.
We have a large covered yoga platform above our surf camp overlooking the mountains. We have a weekly yoga programme with two sessions a day. Our yoga teachers make their sessions fun and accessible to yogis of all levels. Once a week, yoga sessions are held on the beach at sunset.
