Our surf structure and its accommodations have a mission to offer you the best surfing experiences It is important to understand the synergy between your body and your mind. For us, what the surf is totally rewritable in our everyday life, in order to have a healthy lifestyle outside the water. This is one of our pillars, and we want our customers, our community and even the planet to benefit from this philosophy of life.
We offer you immersion packages all inclusive. They include accommodation, all meals, free daily surf lessons with video analysisYou'll also get an off-site excursion, massages, yoga and strength training, an ice bath, a breathing session, and professional photos and videos at the end of your retreat. Simply put, from the moment you step off the plane, we take care of you. Don't think about anything, we do everything!
You will benefit from our bungalows with a private air-conditioned room and a private bathroom. The facilities also include a private pool, a workout deck, a yoga deck and a main house where we meet for all meals. Our menus are designed to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies. Our head chef prepares tasty recipes and makes sure you stay hydrated with refreshing, natural juices throughout the day.

4 yoga classesAt sunrise or sunset, yoga will allow you to work on your flexibility as well as your heart rate.
2 physical training sessionsIn our outdoor gym, our in-house trainer will help you reach your goal! This will make you more competent on your board!
1 ice bath sessionThese sessions have many benefits such as recovery and immunity. We will teach you breathing techniques so that your body can thermoregulate. This will strengthen your mental resilience and concentration.
1 breathing technique sessionOur 1.5 hour session is designed to increase your comfort in the water. Focused on surfing, it will help you maintain calm in stressful moments in the water... But it's all applicable in everyday life!
