Avoid non-industrial beverages, ice cubes, milk and non-industrial by-products, shellfish. Mineral water should be opened in front of you.
Currency / Exchange
The dirham
This currency is not convertible, i.e. you are supposed to leave Morocco without a dirham in your pocket (you can change at the airport if you have carefully kept the exchange ticket or the withdrawal card ticket). Be careful, in the souk, sometimes small sums are given in riels (1 dirham = 20 riels; in other words, 1 riel = 5 Moroccan centimes).
